Home Staging: Poha Kea Project in Kaheohe

This serene and open condo listing is live today! We took it from drab to fab by re-arranging a few existing pieces like the dining table, sofa, and bed. Everything else we brought it to make this property shine.

When we first met with the realtor, she had expressed concern about not enough interest and having it stay stagnant for more than a month. After our initial consultation visit we instantly could see the potential just waiting to come to life and were eager to get our hands on it. This was Geri’s first time staging and with some initial concern about the value we can offer, we were happy to explain the process and the owners were eager to begin.

While the owners had updated the stove with a new stainless steel model, there was an older white fridge in place when we first walked through. We made the recommendation to upgrade the fridge, and we think you’ll agree! Now your first impression when entering the front door has a clean, modern breath of fresh air to it and we know buyers will love the change of scenery when considering the comparable units in the complex.

Look at this view right from the lanai!

This home is a gem, with up close views of the water, an open concept floor plan that begs for entertaining, and endless potential with a few modern updates for buyers to consider. Here’s the link to view the listing. We know it’s going to sell quick as lightning so be sure to check it out before it’s gone!

Home Staging: Turning a House Into a Home in Waikiki

This past week we pulled off a miracle! We sourced and installed decor for a 538 sq ft condo in less than 48 hours! This gem is located in the heart of Waikiki, literally a block from The International Market Place, and just a 5 min walk to the beach. With tons of natural light and windows, 500 square feet felt open and breezy. We love the modern feminine vibe we pulled into the space and think potential buyers can easily envision themselves living here. Without a doubt, this property is going to go quick!!

Huge thanks to Allan from Photo Ops Hawaii for comin’ in clutch and documenting it for us on such short notice! I know this is the first of many more homes to come for us in 2019.
