How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery fees are based on the miles from our storage space on the West Side of Oahu and the size of your order. We also may charge a “long haul carry fee” if the loading zone is a far or difficult walk to the event space.


Can we pick up and drop off our order?

Unfortunately we can't allow this as many of our items are vintage and need to be handled accordingly. Each piece is like one of our babies and we can't risk them being injured.


How do I secure my order?

Just send us a 50% deposit along with a signed contract and we're solid!


Can I borrow items for a photo shoot?

You bet! We love seeing our collection used in different ways but only by approved industry vendors. Email us if you think you might be a good fit.


Whoops, something happened at your event....

We get it, spills, tears and dings happen in real life. First we'll do our best to repair it ourselves, but if for some reason we need to hire a professional or the item is damaged beyond fixing we'll ask that you pay the full replacement price.


What if I need to cancel my order?

Your 50% retainer fee is non-refundable simply because those items have been reserved and unavailable for other customers. However, in the event we can rent the items again on your date we may be able to work something out. These situations will be determined on a case by case basis.
